Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Manager of FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting for assigned business areas. The role partners with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Operations and Accounting to deliver timely insights and drive strategic planning.

The successful candidate will communicate complex financial information clearly, mentor analysts, and improve FP&A processes with scalable tools across the organization. This role offers a hybrid office/remote arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Experience leading large workstreams and mentoring analysts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or data-visualization tools; knowledge of OneStream is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis for assigned functions or business areas.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting with KPI trends and outlooks.
• Partner with Accounting during close processes to analyze results and explain variances.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to improve visibility into performance.
• Lead ad hoc strategic projects and market analyses as needed.
• Mentor and review analysts to grow the team’s capability.
