Job summary

Fabletics Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A to drive financial modeling, analysis, and reporting for multiple business lines. You’ll own forecasting processes, variances, and ad hoc analyses, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes building complex models, supporting the 5-year plan, and shaping strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment. Based at our El Segundo headquarters with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of financial/modeling experience in retail/e-commerce or corporate FP&A.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and Excel skills; experience with revenue models welcomed.
• Excellent communication and board reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Weekly KPI reporting and Monthly Forecast packages for multiple channels.
• Own OpEx and Capital Expenditure reporting and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Support long-range planning, including 5-year financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and board-level reviews.
