Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting for key business areas. You will partner across Sales, Purchasing, Marketing and Accounting, ensuring accurate and decision-ready deliverables.

The role requires strong financial judgement, curiosity, and the ability to communicate the 'why' behind performance. You will mentor analysts and drive scalable FP&A processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five to seven years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience.
• Experience leading workstreams and mentoring teammates; people management preferred.
• Experience in retail, consumer products, wholesale, or distribution environments preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/SQL skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis for assigned functions or business areas.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting with KPI trends and outlooks.
• Collaborate with Accounting during close processes to explain variances and align forecasts.
• Build relationships with functional leaders to plan, track KPIs, and support objectives.
• Translate complex concepts into concise recommendations for senior leadership.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations to improve visibility of trends.
• Improve FP&A processes, standardize deliverables, automate reporting, and scale models.
• Lead ad hoc strategic projects and mentor analysts.
