Job summary

CollegeNET, a trusted higher education software leader, seeks an FP&A Manager to own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll build models and reports, partner with department heads, and drive rigorous measurement of business performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (MBA/CFA a plus).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; build and maintain models.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts with department leaders.
• Develop and maintain financial models covering revenue, bookings, headcount, and operating expenses.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for the CFO and executive team.
• Analyze SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, gross margin) and translate into actionable insights.
• Support long-range planning, scenario modeling, and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Collaborate with Accounting on monthly close and alignment of actuals to forecast.
• Track departmental spend and identify risks and opportunities.
• Improve FP&A processes and reporting infrastructure for efficiency.
• Prepare materials for board meetings and lender reporting as needed.
