Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy roles.
• Strong financial modeling and capital framework expertise.
• Experience evaluating business models and influencing senior leadership decisions.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze enterprise-wide financial results to identify drivers of performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Evaluate growth initiatives and business models for impact on operating margin and scalability.
• Develop capital allocation frameworks to improve capital efficiency.
• Lead rigorous analysis of business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align assumptions and influence decisions.
