Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.
• 5–10+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy experience.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, capital frameworks, and performance analysis.
• Experience evaluating business models and influencing senior leadership decisions.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Performance Analysis: Analyze enterprise-wide financial results and trends, identifying key drivers of performance and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Business Model & Growth Strategy Evaluation: Evaluate growth initiatives and assess impact on operating margin, scalability, and long-term financial sustainability.
• Capital Management & Framework Development: Develop and apply capital allocation frameworks to support investment decisions and improve capital efficiency.
• Business Case & Investment Analysis: Lead rigorous analysis of investments, initiatives, and strategic decisions, ensuring strong financial and risk evaluation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence: Partner with business leaders, Finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align assumptions and influence enterprise-level decisions.
