Abbott is seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis for an onsite role in Alameda, CA. You will lead sales performance analytics, develop plans, and present insights to senior leaders. Requires 8+ years in FP&A, strong modeling, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in FP&A or related finance roles, with leadership experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and executive presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of key ADC performance indicators, including price-volume, market share and product launches.
• Coordinate, consolidate and develop an Annual Plan, RLBE and long-range plans.
• Lead month-end close activities and reporting of key financial performance metrics.
• Partner with ADC leadership and deliver clear financial communications to senior executives.
• Drive continuous improvement through process simplification and automation.
