Job summary

Abbott is a global leader in diabetes care and an onsite opportunity in the ADC division in Alameda, CA. The Manager, FP&A will lead sales analytics, planning processes, and strategic financial reviews for the ADC portfolio.

You will partner with Commercial and Operations teams, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership and supporting monthly close and planning cycles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in FP&A or related finance roles, with leadership experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and executive presentation capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of key ADC performance indicators, including price-volume variances, market penetration, and market share.
• Lead development of ADC Plan, Latest Best Estimates (RLBE), strategic long-range plans (OEM).
• Review and consolidate actual sales performance.
• Communicate and present to senior executive management on sales performance and analytics.
• Deliver analytics and business support to enable informed decision making by the executive staff.
• Lead month-end close activities and reporting of key financial performance metrics.
• Partner with ADC leadership and deliver clear financial communications and presentations to senior executives.
