GameChange Energy in Norwalk, CT is seeking an FP&A Manager to shape the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will build and maintain the corporate model and five-year strategic plan, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions in a high-growth solar business.

You should have 4–7 years in FP&A or related fields, strong modeling skills, and the ability to present clear recommendations to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A/corporate finance background
• Advanced financial modeling across multi-year forecasts
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience with variance analysis and multi-entity reporting
• Excel proficiency; ERP experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain corporate financial model, including five-year plan.
• Develop KPI dashboards to monitor cost structure, profitability, and efficiency.
• Own monthly/quarterly financial performance reviews with variance analysis.
• Partner with Treasury to forecast working capital across U.S. and international units.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and strategic insights for leadership.
