GameChange Energy is seeking an FP&A Manager to shape financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting at its Norwalk, CT HQ. You will build and maintain the corporate model and five-year plan, and partner with business units to drive data-informed decisions.

The role requires 4–7 years in FP&A or related fields, strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and excellent Excel/ERP skills. This is a hybrid, full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA a plus.
• 4-7 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with multi-year forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience with variance analysis and budget-to-actual reporting in multi-entity/multi-region environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel; NetSuite/ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the corporate financial model, including the five-year strategic plan, in partnership with FP&A leadership.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor cost structure, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Own monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews with variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Treasury to forecast working capital across U.S. and international subsidiaries.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives for senior leadership.
