Job summary

STANDARD SOLAR INC. is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis across the organization.

This role partners closely with executive leadership, accounting, operations, project finance, and other teams to provide timely financial insights and drive profitable growth. The position requires strong financial modeling and GAAP knowledge, with the ability to present complex data to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A/corporate finance/analytical finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial statement analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and reporting systems.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and management reporting principles.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning with department heads.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, costs, capex, and cash flow.
• Analyze actual results vs. budget and forecast; identify drivers and actions.
• Support month-end close with accurate classification and reporting alignment.
• Provide ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and board materials.
