Standard Solar, Inc. seeks a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis across the organization.

You'll partner with executive leadership, accounting, operations, and project finance to provide timely insights, improve processes, and support profitable growth. This role emphasizes analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, investment banking, or related analytical finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial statement analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP, BI, or reporting systems.
• Knowledge of GAAP, cash flow forecasting, and management reporting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes with department leaders.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, variance analyses, and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and project economics.
• Analyze actual results vs budget/forecast; identify drivers and recommend improvements.
• Partner with accounting to ensure accurate monthly close and alignment with management reporting.
• Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and board materials.
• Collaborate across functions to improve financial visibility and process efficiency.
• Mentor FP&A team and foster analytical rigor and accountability.
