Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an FP&A Manager for a leading owner-operator of retail and mixed-use real estate in Dallas, TX. This role offers executive exposure and a chance to shape growth strategy.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across a growing portfolio, partnering with Leasing, Asset Management, and Accounting teams to drive performance and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling expertise.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience building financial models and executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Commercial real estate experience preferred, particularly within retail, mixed-use, or property ownership environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
• Analyze property and portfolio performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Leasing, Asset Management, and Accounting teams to evaluate business performance.
• Support annual budget preparation and ongoing forecast updates.
• Perform lease, operating expense, capital investment, and portfolio analyses.
• Create KPI dashboards and management reporting packages.
• Prepare presentations and financial materials for leadership and investor-related meetings.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast while communicating key variances.
• Assist with strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and long-term forecasting.
• Mentor junior analysts and support the development of the FP&A team
