Job summary

LH H Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with executive leadership in Irving, TX. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while building financial models and ROI analyses to guide growth and profitability decisions.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive performance, support acquisitions, and deliver management reporting and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with budgets > $50M in revenue/expenses.
• Exposure to forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Build financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario planning tools.
• Analyze revenue, margin, expenses, and profitability drivers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.
• Support acquisition opportunities, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify margin expansion opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Improve reporting processes, automation, and analytics.
