Job summary

MMC Group LP seeks an experienced FP&A leader in Dallas to drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across a multi-unit portfolio. You will own complex models linking store metrics, capex, debt, and free cash flow, and provide board-ready analyses for ownership and lenders.

The role requires 5–8 years in FP&A, preferably in a private equity-backed environment, with strong Excel and Vena skills. You will collaborate with Operations to translate analytics into actionable priorities and

Qualifications

• 5–8 years FP&A experience, preferably in private equity-backed org.
• Multi-unit operating experience in franchise/retail/restaurant/services sectors preferred.
• Demonstrated financial modeling capability; builds and maintains models.
• Covenant reporting or lender-facing FP&A experience.
• Board-ready communication skills for ownership and lenders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Vena; primary internal owner of FP&A toolset.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly board package with unit-level P&L, EBITDA bridge, revenue tracking, and outlook.
• Maintain lender reporting package with covenant tracking.
• Lead annual operating plan and quarterly reforecasts across functions.
• Build rolling integrated financial model linking store data, capex, debt to EBITDA and FCF.
• Develop covenant dashboards to support lender communication.
• Own store-level P&L analytics and surface operational levers.
• Collaborate with Operations to translate analytics into priorities.
• Support acquisition modeling, deal economics, and integration forecasting.
• Create market research to support capital allocation and sequencing.
