Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A in the Dallas area. The role partners with business units to analyze financial performance against budget and long-term strategy, providing strategic recommendations.

The position oversees budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting, while leading a small finance team. The successful candidate should have 8+ years of related experience and an MBA is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred; 8+ years of related professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial statements, budgeting, control and reporting.
• Experience in financial modeling (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units on operational and strategic issues with financial analysis and projections.
• Participate in strategic planning as a senior management team member.
• Oversee long-term budgeting and cost management aligned with strategic plan.
• Engage cross-functional leaders to align financial management with planning and projections.
• Oversee budgeting processes and monitor progress with internal and external metrics.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial record systems and monitor funds.
• Develop and manage direct staff including analysts.
