Removery, the global leader in laser tattoo removal, is seeking an analytically driven FP&A Manager in Austin, TX. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while partnering with multiple departments to drive strategic decisions. Strong modeling, BI, and ERP experience are essential for success.

You will build dashboards, present insights to senior leaders, and help optimize operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Competenze

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• MBA or CPA is preferred but not required.
• Advanced Power BI proficiency; Tableau is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite/Workday Adaptive) is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across departments.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic decisions.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with business units to understand drivers of performance.
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau; hands-on with both.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages for executives and investors.
• Support M&A analysis, scenario planning, and ad hoc projects.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems.
