Job summary

Removery in Austin, TX is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization.

You will build complex financial models, develop Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with business units to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Experience with Tableau, Workday Adaptive, and ERP systems is a strong plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI; experience with Tableau & Workday Adaptive is a strong plus.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday Adaptive) is required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across all departments.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decisions.
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Partner with business units to understand key drivers and support operational efficiency.
Build and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards; hands-on experience with both tools is required.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership and investors.
Support M&A analysis, scenario planning, and ad hoc financial projects.
Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems.
