Job summary

Removery is seeking a Product Manager, Data & Analytics in Austin, TX to treat analytics as a product for operations, marketing, finance, and leadership. You will own the current Power BI stack, define the future analytics platform, and partner with Engineering to instrument products for funnel, retention, and behavior insights.

You will lead a nearshore team of engineers and analysts, deliver value in increments, and ensure data quality and trust across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, analytics product management, or analytics leadership with ownership of outcomes.
• Hands-on Power BI: semantic models, DAX, workspaces, gateways, and data quality.
• Experience leading platform evaluations or replacements with real stakeholders and budget.
• Ability to work with distributed or nearshore delivery teams and write solid requirements.
• Excellent written communication and comfort with ambiguity and delivering value this quarter.

Responsibilities

• Own the current Power BI stack end-to-end, including portfolio health and sunset reporting.
• Define the vision for the next analytics platform, including architecture and vendor decisions.
• Stand up real product analytics and instrument digital products for funnel, retention, and behavior questions.
• Run the roadmap with discovery, specs, prioritization, and incremental value delivery.
• Collaborate with data engineering, analysts, and engineers to specify clear requirements and tradeoffs.
• Manage migration programs with sequencing, validation, and change management, measuring impact.
