Ledgent Finance & Accounting in North Scottsdale seeks an FP&A/Strategic Finance Manager with strong transaction and deal experience to join a private equity backed growth company. The role offers a clear path toward a VP Finance track and involves high visibility with the CEO, COO, CFO and PE ownership.

This 100% onsite position features a base of $125K-$150K with a 10% bonus, daily company-paid lunches, and a private office.

Formación

• Experience leading acquisitions, due diligence and integration work.
• Proven track record in strategic finance initiatives for growth companies.
• Direct interaction with C-suite and PE ownership is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Lead acquisition analyses, diligence, and integration efforts.
• Oversee debt management and strategic finance initiatives across the org.
• Partner with CEO, COO, CFO and SVP of Finance to build scalable finance functions.
