LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a high-growth private equity portfolio company to hire an FP&A Manager. This newly created role reports to the Director of FP&A and offers meaningful ownership, leadership exposure, and potential expansion of responsibilities as the company grows.

The role emphasizes forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and data-driven insights across multiple sites, with a hybrid work arrangement and a discretionary annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
• Experience supporting multi-site or high-growth organizations.
• Ability to present to senior leaders and translate data into insights.
• Hybrid work arrangement and a discretionary annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities.
• Perform monthly financial reporting and budget vs. actual analysis.
• Analyze operating results, KPIs, and business drivers.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for growth initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to provide financial guidance and insights.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and communicate results.
• Support location-level and consolidated performance across multiple sites.
• Create dashboards and improve recurring reporting processes.
• Manipulate large data sets into concise reporting.
• Complete ad hoc financial analyses for leadership.
