LHH in Phoenix is leading a confidential FP&A leadership opportunity. This hands-on role blends traditional FP&A, strategic finance, team leadership, and finance transformation with a focus on automating processes and leveraging AI.

You will oversee budgeting and forecasting, build financial models, and deliver executive‑level reporting while managing three Financial Analysts; partner with senior finance on strategic initiatives including M&A transaction modeling.

Competenze

• Strong FP&A background with ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
• Leadership experience managing and developing financial analysts.
• Experience preparing financial and management reporting for senior leadership.
• Exposure to M&A, transactions, licensing or strategic modeling is highly desirable.

Compensation: $150k - $165k + 25% annual bonus

LHH is working on a confidential FP&A leadership opportunity in the Greater Phoenix area. This is a hands‑on role with a strong mix of traditional FP&A, strategic finance, team leadership, and finance transformation.

This person will lead budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, and executive‑level reporting while managing a team of three Financial Analysts. The role will also partner closely with senior finance leadership on strategic initiatives, including transaction‑related modeling, while helping improve how the finance function utilizes technology, automation, and AI.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and other financial analysis to support decision‑making
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis for executive leadership and other key stakeholders
• Manage and develop a team of three Financial Analysts
• Partner closely with senior finance leadership on strategic initiatives
• Support financial modeling related to M&A, transactions, and licensing activity
• Analyze financial performance and translate results into meaningful business insights
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting, and overall efficiency
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and technology within the finance function

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong FP&A background with experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Leadership experience managing and developing financial analysts
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience preparing financial and management reporting for senior leadership
• Ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful insights
• M&A, transaction, licensing, or other strategic modeling exposure is highly desirable
• Interest in leveraging AI, automation, and technology to improve finance processes
