Finatal is seeking a VP of Finance to report to the CFO and serve as the strategic finance leader. This role is positioned as the succession path to CFO, with the expectation that the successful individual will step into the CFO position.

You will oversee enterprise FP&A, forecasting, reporting, operational performance, and M&A integration, partnering closely with executive leadership, operations, and branch leaders. Regular travel to operating locations is required.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

Operating a national, branch-based platform, with over 40+ sites the company has completed 25+ acquisitions and continuing to do 1-2 a month.

Job Description

As the VP of Finance, you will report directly to the CFO and serve as the strategic finance leader for the organization. This role is positioned as the succession path to CFO, with the expectation that the successful individual will step into the CFO position.

You’ll oversee enterprise FP&A working closely with executive leadership, operations, and you’ll drive forecasting, reporting, operational performance, and M&A integration.

• Partner with branch leaders to drive operational performance.

• Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth, or acquisitive businesses preferred.
• Proven M&A experience, including diligence, integration, and systems/process transformation.
• Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and leading organizational change.
