LHH is partnering with a rapidly growing organization in North Scottsdale to hire a Finance Manager for a newly created position. This is a highly visible role supporting an acquisition-driven business with significant exposure to M&A, debt reporting, cash flow management, and strategic finance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or Master's degree preferred.
• Strong buy-side M&A and acquisition integration experience.
• Experience with debt covenant compliance and lender reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow.
• Experience developing financial models and executive-level reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support buy-side M&A activity, including financial due diligence and acquisition integration
• Partner with external advisors on Quality of Earnings and other transaction-related analysis
• Support purchase accounting, opening balance sheets, and post-close integration activities
• Integrate acquired businesses into established financial reporting and close processes
• Own monthly debt covenant calculations, compliance reporting, and lender-related financial packages
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, including 13-week cash flow models
• Support liquidity planning, working capital analysis, and other treasury initiatives
• Lead and enhance budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting to support executive decision-making
• Build scalable financial processes and reporting as the organization continues to grow
• Perform financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic analysis
• Partner closely with executive leadership, accounting, operations, and other departments
• Present financial information and recommendations to executive leadership and other key stakeholders
• Support finance systems, process improvements, and other strategic initiatives

This is not a traditional FP&A position. The ideal candidate brings meaningful buy-side M&A and acquisition integration experience, along with exposure to debt covenant compliance and the ability to work directly with executive and operational leadership.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or Master’s degree preferred
• Strong buy-side M&A and acquisition integration experience
• Experience with debt covenant compliance, lender reporting, or debt-related financial reporting
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow
• Experience developing financial models and executive-level reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work directly with senior executives and operational leaders
• Highly collaborative, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment

Preferred Experience:

• Quality of Earnings or transaction due diligence exposure
• 13-week cash flow forecasting
• Budgeting and forecasting

• Experience within an acquisitive or rapidly scaling organization
