Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. owns Firehouse Subs and is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis in Jacksonville, FL. The role translates business priorities into plans, builds budgets and forecasts, and supports decisions through financial models and management reporting.

You will collaborate with finance leaders, brand teams, and operations to drive forecast accuracy, variance analysis, and investment returns, while supporting from an on-site, five-day workweek environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage FP&A initiatives from planning to delivery and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Develop budgets and forecasts using documented inputs.
• Analyze actual results against plan and explain revenue and cost drivers.
• Build scenario models to evaluate investments, costs, and growth.
• Prepare management reporting on trends, risks, and decisions requiring follow-up.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, budget variances, margin trends, and investment returns; communicate with partners.
