Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. in Jacksonville is seeking a Sr. Manager, Real Estate for Firehouse Subs US West to lead new development and market planning. You will work with franchisees and internal teams to drive growth for a fast-growing brand.

The role requires 5-7 years in corporate commercial real estate, strong Excel/PowerPoint and GIS skills, and willingness to travel up to 60% across the West region. Base salary ranges $130k-$140k with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field with 5-7 years’ experience in corporate commercial real estate and market research in the QSR or Fast Casual industry.
Experience working with franchisees or clients is required.
Strong communication and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and GIS.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze existing and prospective markets for store replacement or new development.
Develop market plans and long-term strategy with Market Planning and Operations Services.
Build a network of brokers and manage site selection for new stores.
Present development sites to Real Estate Committee for review and approvals.
Lead due diligence for new store development including site approval and lease review.
Coordinate with Construction on property hand-off and support special company projects.
