Job summary

You will collaborate with finance, brand teams, operations, and business owners to translate priorities into actionable plans. RBI maintains an in-office schedule, requiring you to work onsite five days per week in Jacksonville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in financial planning and business analysis.
• Relevant experience supporting financial planning and business analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Develop budgets and forecasts from documented assumptions.
• Analyze actual results vs plan and explain revenue and cost drivers.
• Build scenario models for investments and growth opportunities.
• Prepare management reporting on trends, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Use financial models and reports to maintain records and inform partners.
