Job summary

Firehouse Subs, part of Restaurant Brands International, seeks a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis from the Jacksonville office. You will partner with finance leaders, brand teams, operations, and business owners to translate priorities into actionable plans and insightful reporting.

Qualified candidates bring 4+ years in FP&A, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and business analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning and business analysis initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Develop budgets and forecasts from documented assumptions.
• Analyze actual results vs plan and explain drivers; support decisions.
• Build scenario models to evaluate investments and growth opportunities.
• Prepare management reporting highlighting trends, risks, and actions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and variances; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coach colleagues on delivery standards and accountability for actions.
