Tempur Sealy is seeking a senior FP&A professional to manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for US operations. You will analyze KPI variance, lead financial modeling, and partner with operations to guide manufacturing strategy.

The role requires cross-functional leadership and the ability to coach a team of analysts across multiple locations. Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI dashboards are highly valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 10 years of FP&A experience; manufacturing environment a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel; KPI variance analysis calculations (volume, rate, mix) and financial modeling.

Mansioni

• Prepare budgets, accurate forecasts, and monthly reporting for US operations (opex and capex).
• Assess risks and opportunities in budgets and trackers; provide guidance.
• Drive financial oversight of manufacturing strategy initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis support and monthly reviews to Regional VP.
• Lead variance analyses and develop tools to improve forecasting and cost optimization.
• Lead cross-functional communication and present results in meetings with deadlines met.
