Tempur Sealy is a global leader in bedding with FP&A needs across US manufacturing operations. The role centers on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial storytelling to guide leadership decisions at two plants monthly.

You will develop Excel-based tools and Power BI dashboards, lead a team of SFA’s, ensure timely month-end closes, and travel ~2 plants per month to gather insights.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years FP&A experience; manufacturing background is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• KPI variance analysis (volume, rate, mix) and financial modeling experience.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and in managing direct reports.
• Experience influencing decisions through financial analysis.
• Experience supporting a business partner.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience creating Power BI reports/dashboards is a plus.
• Ability to travel to ~2 plants per month.

• Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for US operations (opex and capex).
• Assess risks and opportunities in budgets, forecasts, and tracker updates.
• Drive financial oversight of manufacturing strategy initiatives.
• Provide financial analyses and monthly reviews to Regional VP.
• Conduct variance analyses and identify cost-improvement opportunities.
• Review and enhance processes for cost control and performance management.
• Monitor adherence to budgets and coordinate with FP&A teams.
• Consolidate month-end, forecast and budget communications.
• Lead and develop the SFA team across locations.
• Build Excel-based tools and forecasting models.
