Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a skilled FP&A leader to join our US operations finance team. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analyses across manufacturing and support functions, empowering leadership with actionable financial insights.

You will lead a team of SFA's, build Excel tools and Power BI dashboards, and partner with Operations to optimize costs and profitability. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–10 years of FP&A experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling experience.
• Experience creating Power BI reports/dashboards a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for US operations.
• Provide financial analyses to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support manufacturing strategy initiatives with financial oversight.
• Conduct month-end reviews and coordinate with FP&A teams.
• Lead a team of SFA's across multiple locations and develop their KPI analysis skills.
• Develop Excel-based tools to improve forecasting and reporting.
• Tell the story behind the numbers and outline action plans.
