Job summary

Tempur Sealy International is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for US operations. You will partner with Operations leadership to drive cost efficiency and forecast accuracy across multiple plants.

The role requires 5–10 years of FP&A experience in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel to approximately two plants per month. Power BI experience is a plus and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of FP&A experience; manufacturing background a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports for US operations (opex and capex).
• Assess risks and opportunities in budgets, forecasts, and tracker updates.
• Drive financial oversight of manufacturing strategy initiatives and provide analyses to leadership.
