Job summary

Tempur Sealy seeks a senior FP&A leader to own budgeting, forecasts, and US operations reporting. You will partner with operations leadership to deliver timely analyses and actionable insights that drive performance.

You will develop KPI variance analysis, lead a small team across locations, and expand Power BI dashboards while presenting results to the Regional VP. Expect travel up to 50% as needed to support business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reporting for US operations.
• Assess risks and opportunities in budgets and trackers.
• Drive financial oversight of manufacturing strategy initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis and monthly reviews to Regional VP.
• Develop actionable insights to improve performance and cost efficiency.
