Job summary

Tempur Sealy in the United States is seeking an FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for US operations. You will oversee opex and capex reporting, assess risks, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

The role requires 5–10 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel and modeling skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop forecasting tools. Travel to multiple plants may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 10+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling proficiency.
• Experience with KPI variance analysis and forecasting.
• Ability to influence decision making through analysis.
• Experience leading direct reports and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for US operations (opex/capex).
• Assess risks and opportunities in budgets and tracker updates.
• Drive financial oversight of manufacturing strategy initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis and monthly reviews to regional VP.
• Explain trends and variances; identify improvement actions.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based tools for forecasting.
• Lead a team of FP&A professionals across locations.
• Tell the story of KPI results and the plan going forward.
