Job summary

Tempur Sealy, a leading global bedding company, seeks an FP&A leader to drive budgets, forecasts and financial insight for US operations. You will oversee opex, capex, and manufacturing initiatives, delivering analysis to guide decision-making and cost improvements.

You will manage a team across locations, develop dashboards in Power BI, and present findings to executives. Strong communication, 5–10 years FP&A, and manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling ability.
• Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards is a plus.
• Ability to influence decisions through financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for US operations (opex and capex).
• Assess risks and opportunities in budgets and trackers.
• Drive financial oversight of manufacturing strategy initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis support and monthly reviews to Regional VP.
• Analyze trends, drivers, and variances; advise on improvements.
• Review and enhance processes supporting operational performance management.
• Monitor adherence to budgets and coordinate FP&A updates.
• Consolidate month-end, forecast, and budget communications.
• Lead and develop a team across multiple locations.
• Present results in meetings and meet deadlines.
• Lead business cases (make vs. buy, capex, cash implications).
• Implement internal finance policies and mitigate control risks.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
