Job summary

Jobot in Chicago, IL is seeking an FP&A Manager for Sales & Marketing to shape commercial strategy, profitability, and financial performance. You will work directly with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership to influence business decisions and improve margins.

You will build financial models, forecast performance, and provide reporting tools using Excel, ERP systems, and BI platforms. A strong background in commercial finance and pricing strategy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance or FP&A.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, Category Finance, or Brand Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Develop financial models evaluating sales volume, pricing, trade spending, and product mix.
• Partner with commercial leadership to evaluate financial risks, opportunities, and growth strategies.
• Build customer and product-level P&L models to support strategic business decisions.
• Manage gross-to-net revenue analysis and trade spend forecasting.
