IDEAYA Biosciences, Inc. in South San Francisco, CA, seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to partner with Finance and Clinical Operations. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close for the clinical trials pipeline, reporting to the Director of FP&A. Onsite four days a week in our South San Francisco headquarters.

The role demands strong financial modeling, US GAAP expertise, and proactive communication with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced biotech setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 4-7 years of related experience with success in a growth company or public accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting and finance, including forecasts.
• Proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines within fixed timeframes.

Mansioni

• Develop enterprise-level financial planning including budget and multi-year plans.
• Lead clinical trials budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate monthly close activities and accruals.
• Provide variance analysis to leaders and Board.
• Maintain SOX documentation and relationships with stakeholders.
