Ethos is seeking an experienced FP&A manager/director for remote, flexible engagement to help train their latest language model on professional presentation tasks. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting, crafting high‑quality board materials and KPI decks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: monthly business review decks, budget and forecast presentations, variance analysis exhibits, board finance packages, long-range plan decks, and KPI dashboard slides.
