Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced FP&A managers and directors to help train its AI language model for professional presentation and slide tasks. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting to craft and refine decks used for monthly business reviews, board packages, long-range plans, and KPI slides.

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: monthly business review decks, budget and forecast presentations, variance analysis exhibits, board finance packages, long-range plan decks, and KPI dashboard slides.
• Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to deliver high-quality materials and actionable insights.
