Selkirk Sport, North Idaho’s pickleball leader, seeks an FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, financial modeling and global growth initiatives. You’ll drive AI-enabled forecasting, partner with executives, and manage an analytics team across locations.

The role reports to the CFO, onsite at HQ with hybrid/remote options for exceptional candidates in Pacific or Mountain time zones. Expect high-impact projects and international expansion work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Expert 3-statement modeling, forecasting and budgeting skills in Excel/Sheets.
• Demonstrated experience building and operating AI agents or automated workflows.
• Strong fluency with BI, data platforms, SQL and FP&A tools.
• Able to explain complex financial results and support recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering on deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• MBA, CPA or CFA is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Planning and forecasting: revenue forecast, 3-statement model, rolling forecasts, budget and scenario analysis.
• Build a rolling 13-week cash forecast linking assumptions, inventory, headcount and working capital.
• Model initiatives, compare alternatives and justify recommendations with documented assumptions.
• Own monthly financial package, KPIs and commentary for Co-CEOs, Board and investors.
• Support diligence, valuation, transaction modeling and integration projects.
• Lead a senior analyst in Malaysia and a part-time FP&A data specialist.
