ClearJet is hiring its first Director of FP&A to own planning, forecasting, and performance management across the company. You’ll build an investor-grade three-statement model, convert customer and lane economics into actionable decisions, and report results to the executive team.

You’ll partner with the VP of Finance and department heads to design processes, run monthly reviews, and deliver board and lender materials. This role offers hybrid work from Austin, TX with remote options.

Formación

• 8+ years in FP&A or related roles, incl. high-growth/venture-backed
• Expert three-statement modeling from scratch; auditable & self-documenting
• Experience with marketplace/logistics unit economics and pricing impact
• GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and margin/KPIs impact
• Experience preparing board/investor materials and reports
• Partner with operations leaders and drive accountability
• Hands-on data work; SQL or BI knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve ClearJet’s three-statement model; run monthly forecasts and budget
• Build and maintain customer, lane, and per-package profitability analyses
• Support pricing discipline with margin analysis before deals
• Define KPIs and lead monthly business reviews with Ops, GTM and Finance
• Deliver budget vs. actual reporting and variance analysis
• Prepare board decks, investor updates, and lender reporting
• Model cash flow, working capital, and liquidity with CFO/Controller
• Scale FP&A processes; improve data flows and automate recurring reporting
