Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Three or more years of Accounting/Finance experience.
• CPA or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budgeting, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for analysis.
• Support monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in preparing business cases for investments and strategic plans.
• Communicate results and recommendations to leadership to drive cost reduction, revenue generation, and streamlined operations.
