Pilot Company is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Forecasting professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for the finance organization. You will analyze historical data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions across the business.

You will collaborate with department heads to develop detailed budgets, monitor adherence, and deliver dashboards and executive summaries to support strategic initiatives and profitability optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business required.
• CPA or CFA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
• Analyze historical data to predict future performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with department heads to create detailed budgets and monitor variances.
• Provide in-depth variance analysis and actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
• Deliver insights for strategic decision-making and develop scenario analyses.
