Job summary

Enhanced is seeking a strategic FP&A leader to own the planning cycle, from annual budgeting to rolling forecasts and long-range planning. You will partner with the CFO and executives to build a best-in-class forecasting process, cash planning, and liquidity management.

Qualifications

• Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, headcount and cash planning.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Experience with GAAP/non-GAAP reporting and board materials.
• Understanding recurring-revenue models and key metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, AOV).
• Proven ability to automate FP&A processes and scale workflows.
• Strong ERP/financial systems knowledge, especially NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and variance analysis across the business.
• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and cash/working capital planning.
• Identify FP&A pain points and implement scalable automated workflows.
• Collaborate with leaders to establish KPIs, review performance, and inform resource allocation.
• Standardize reporting with NetSuite as ERP source and ensure data ownership.
• Provide decision-ready analysis for Board, Audit Committee, earnings, and investor reporting.
