Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Finance Manager for SSD FP&A to lead financial planning, budgeting, and month-end reporting for the Seasonal & Specialty Distribution segment. This hybrid/remote role requires partnering with global leaders, delivering insightful analyses, and driving accuracy across SSD P&L and forecasts.

You will support SSD brands and products with strong financial leadership, while aligning with TO and global finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis / business finance.
• Strong business partnering and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities.
• Power BI or Snowflake knowledge is helpful.
• Familiarity with SBD systems and processes (EPM & HFM).

Responsibilities

• Drive FP&A cycles for the SSD segment including month-end, budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide financial leadership and transparency over SSD P&L performance.
• Deliver in-depth month-end, forecast and operating plan reporting and analysis.
• Partner with global financial leaders to consolidate reporting and analysis.
• Support story building for month-end and quarterly reviews with analytical slides.
