Job summary

Stanley 1913, based in Seattle, seeks a Finance Manager to own enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management across the business, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Finance Planning & Analysis.

You will lead consolidations, maintain the LRP revenue model, and provide insights into category and channel performance, partnering with Commercial, Product, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Finance, and Marketing Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate finance experience.
• Experience leading enterprise forecasting, planning, and financial consolidation.
• Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and long-range planning.
• Experience analyzing category, channel, or product performance in consumer/retail environments.
• Advanced Excel and driver-based forecasting skills.
• ERP/planning tools such as Oracle, Essbase/SmartView, Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation across functions.
• Own and enhance the Long-Range Planning (LRP) revenue model with leaders.
• Drive enterprise revenue forecasting aligned with GTM strategies.
• Provide insights on category performance and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate financial support for GTM milestones and product launches.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and insights for performance and risks.
• Support annual planning cycles with scenario modeling and partnership.
• Mentor a Financial Analyst and build a culture of accountability.
