Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a highly analytical Finance Manager to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will partner with Commercial, Product, Demand Planning, and Marketing Finance to translate performance into actionable insights for executives.

This Seattle‑based role requires onsite presence and leads one Financial Analyst while collaborating across the FP&A organization. A strong finance background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, strategic finance, or corporate finance experience.
• Experience leading enterprise forecasting, planning, and financial consolidation processes.
• Advanced financial modeling, including scenario planning and revenue forecasting.
• Experience analyzing category, channel, or product performance in consumer products or retail.
• Advanced Excel skills and driver-based forecasting models.
• Experience with ERP, planning, and reporting tools like Oracle, Essbase/SmartView, Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated people leadership, including managing analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation across functions.
• Own and enhance the Long‑Range Planning revenue model with leadership input.
• Drive enterprise revenue forecasting aligned with commercial strategies.
• Partner with Category, Commercial, and Product teams to evaluate performance trends.
• Monitor in‑year product and channel performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate financial support for GTM milestones and executive reviews.
• Support pricing strategy with Global Merchandising, Strategy, and Regional teams.
• Develop executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and insights.
