Stanley Black & Decker Inc. in Towson, MD, is hiring a Finance Director, T&O FP&A, for a remote/hybrid role. You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the T&O business, partnering with operations, controllership, investor relations and Corporate FP&A.

You’ll drive monthly closes, develop senior‑level presentations, and push continuous improvements in reporting and planning. A BS in Accounting/Finance and 10+ years FP&A experience are required, with advanced Excel/Power BI

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years work experience with at least 5 years in Finance/FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly/quarterly close, reporting, forecasting and planning cycles.
• Prepare and submit daily, monthly and quarterly deliverables including board materials.
• Develop executive financial presentations for senior leadership and board audiences.
• Drive continuous improvement to automate reporting and planning processes.
• Partner with Operations Finance and cross-functional teams to align forecasts and KPIs.
