Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring a Finance Manager, SSD FP&A, in a hybrid/remote capacity. You will drive FP&A cycles, provide leadership on SSD P&L, and partner with global teams to deliver consolidated reporting and insightful analysis across the SSD brand and product groups.

You will support month-end processes, develop analytical slides, and influence decisions with proactive financial insights and governance across the Tools & Outdoor organization.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years in Financial planning & analysis / business finance.
• Strong business partnering / communication / influencing skills.
• Strong Excel capabilities; Power BI or Snowflake knowledge helpful.
• Strong understanding of SBD systems / processes incl. EPM & HFM.
• Problem solving; embraces adhoc tasks.
• Can do attitude; resourceful and takes ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A cycles for the SSD segment, including month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide financial leadership and transparency over core FP&A processes for SSD P&L.
• Deliver in-depth reporting and analysis of month-end, forecast and operating plan data.
• Partner with global leaders to consolidate financial reporting and analysis.
• Support month-end stories and create analytical slides for reviews.
• Guide SSD brand and product teams with financial insights and support.
• Ensure governance and reporting alignment across the TO matrix environment.
• Develop templates and processes; update consolidation and reporting files.
