Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Finance Lead for Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis in Illinois. You will drive consolidation and reporting for Non-GAAP LRP and Plan, prepare agile analyses for senior leaders, and assemble the Senior Leadership Reporting Package.

You will ensure data integrity across systems and support quarterly earnings deliverables. The role requires 6+ years in finance, a Finance/Accounting degree, and strong Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 6+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise manner
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
• Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the consolidation and reporting for the Non-GAAP LRP and Plan process by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the company
• Prepare agile analysis for Director and VP of FP&A to support executive level storytelling
• Compile a comprehensive LRP and Plan Reporting Package for Senior Leadership
• Ensure LRP and Plan data integrity across systems of record and support reporting
• Help support LBE, BOD, and Quarterly Earnings deliverables
• Partner with Finance Transformation to develop enhanced LBE reporting tool
• Ad-hoc analysis as required
